Parsley Green Beans

Delicious take on plain ol' green beans!
Ingredients
- Blanched green beans (2-3 handfuls = 1 serving)
- ½ tbsp butter
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 1 minced clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Tools
- Cutting board
- Sharp knife
- Spatula
- Small frying pan
- Strainer (to blank green beans)
Step-by-Step
- Mince clove of garlic.
- Pull parsley leaves from sprigs (no stems!) then finely chop.
- Heat butter in frying pan.
- Add minced garlic.
- Add in blanched green beans. Remember you’re just warming up the beans, they’re already blanched!
- Once mixed and beans are coated in butter, squeeze in juice from ½ lemon.
- Throw them on a plate after another minute on stove.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
